I combine this with TRX® and Vipr® training methods to provide a safe, challenging and low impact exercise plan that will help you achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals whatever your ability.

Whether you're away on business or holiday, I can provide you with an effective and fun workout supported by video analysis and regular check ins to keep you motivated.
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or centre, and improving coordination and balance.
